This cottage house sits in the rear of a two bedroom one bath house. It has its own space, private parking, and outdoor area right next to the house. It is ideal for short stays and individuals who are traveling for school and healthcare purposes. There is a table for a laptop computers or writing. The bed is especially comfortable a Serta queen size pillow top mattress. There is a step in closet which is comparable in size to a hotel closet. There is a microwave and stove for light or limited cooking. For longer stays there is a laundromat a quarter of a mile from this location. The guest has exclusive use of the cottage. This is a quiet working family neighborhood. You will see children playing in the driveway which is why your entrance is on the side of the house opposite the driveway. It is ok to drive on the grass until the cement driveway is poured. It is within walking distance of the Hattiesburg Public Library and downtown shops. You can walk to the downtown area Central in 15 minutes. The University of Southern Mississippi is about seven minutes away if you take the Fourth Street campus entrance. And the renowned Hattiesburg Zoo is just five minutes away straight up Hardy Street. The cottage house is easy to find. It is behind the bright yellow front house and sits at the end of the paved driveway. Follow Hardy Street to Broad Street going towards Downtown Hattiesburg. Please note that this house has a shared driveway that is often full. Do not turn in on the driveway. Instead, drive to the cottage house on the opposite side of the yellow house. There is plenty of parking in front of the cottage. This parking space is all yours. It is not shared.
