Come stay in the Wheeler District, Oklahoma City's newest urban neighborhood, built on the site of the old Downtown Airpark. The guest house is brand new with hardwood floors, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, large walk in shower, and views of downtown Oklahoma City. It's located just outside of downtown and a short walk from the Oklahoma River. There is a lot of development in the surrounding area, and IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD, we have a brewery, restaurant, coffee shops, gift shops, Ferris Wheel, This is a 450 square foot studio. The cathedral ceiling maintains an airy, spacious feel while still providing all the amenities you could need for any length of stay. You have one dedicated parking spot that leads to a covered, private entry. A keypad allows for 24-hour, self check-in. Us and our team is always available to assist guests with any needs during their stay. We live in a brand new neighborhood built on the site of the old downtown airport. Our main house is built on the old runway planes used to take off and land on, and in our guest house features a large print of a plane on the runway in the 80's. One of the coolest attraction here is the Ferris Wheel on the river that's just down the street from us! And there are about 13 miles of walking and biking trails along the Oklahoma River you can access right out our front door. We are connected to a long trail of biking and walking paths along the Oklahoma River. Everything in downtown is a short drive or Uber ride away.
