Beautiful waterfront home on Little Pond in Falmouth Heights within one mile to Bristol Beach, Falmouth Harbor and Downtown Falmouth. Walk to Falmouth Harbor and Island Queen to Martha's Vineyard. Short drive to Woods Hole to access ferry to Nantucket Island. The house offers panoramic water views from the main living room, master bedroom, and the four-season sun room, which also serves as the inside dining room. There are two large decks with tables and a grill. There are also three kayaks. There are multiple areas to eat inside and outside. There are two large decks overlooking the bay. There is a sun room for inside dining with direct access to the large back deck. There is another large, lower deck off the in-law apartment included with the rental. I rent the full house, including the main home and in-law/full daylight downstairs. I am available to guests via email and cell phone. The home is centrally-located. It's within a mile to the main ocean. It's easy to walk or bike to historic downtown Falmouth and other shopping areas. Falmouth Heights is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lovely bay and ocean views. The people you meet are all very pleasant. Falmouth is a very walkable Cape town with lots of shopping, street fairs and festivals. You can easily walk from the house to the beach and to the ferry from Falmouth Harbor to Martha's Vineyard. I have a limit of eight guests and three overnight vehicles. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street in front of the house.
