Next to the home is a brick patio with a hot tub. The guest house sits just out of sight next to the pool and covered outdoor kitchen. There’s also a small sauna under the outdoor kitchen area. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home with included guest house that is upstairs near the pool. In the main house there are Two beach themed bedrooms with a king size bed in each. One of which is the master bedroom and includes the master bathroom. The third bedroom is Harry potter themed and includes 2 queen size beds. (Thats 4 beds in the main house) Just across the hall from the harry potter room is a matching guest bathroom. Each bedroom includes a tv. The home has a spacious living room and kitchen area. You will find that the kitchen is fully stocked and has a really nice coffee station. The living room has a 70'' tv, 2 recliners, a couch, several games to choose from, and a treasure chest with extra blankets. The home also has a dedicated office space near the kitchen with multiple outlets available to it. Just outside the main entrance is an outdoor patio with seating, a charcoal grill, a chiminea and a covered hot tub. The upstairs guest house is also beach themed and includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and tv, a fully stocked tiny kitchen (with coffee station), 1 bathroom and a laundry room. Outside this is the fire pit, outdoor kitchen, small sauna and pool area. Again we have lots of games to choose from indoor or outdoor. Guess I have access to the main house, guesthouse, pool, hot tub, sauna, and both the outdoor covered deck and patio. You will also have access to both parking areas.
