Open living room and kitchen area with a split bedroom floor plan. On one side of the home the Master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with garden tub. On the other side of the home is the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom right outside the door leading to the living room. The living room has a fold out couch for additional sleeping room. Guests will have full access to the property which includes the home itself, the yard, dock and boat ramp. All are part of a single private residence however owners will have access to the boat ramp at all times. This would be a rare occasion and all efforts would be made to advise guests before hand. We will not be at the property and are about 45 minutes away, however we are usually easily reached via the app or by phone should anything come up 🙂. The property is located at the end of a 3/4 mile gravel road. Just when you start thinking, “This can’t be right,” and get the Wrong Turn vibes , it opens up to fields and the lake.
