The property is located in a semi-rural setting just a few minutes outside of Heber Springs and within walking distance to Greers Ferry Dam and JF Kennedy Overlook. In just a short 5-minute drive you could be at the lake or the river. The area is full of opportunities for adventure including world-famous trout fishing on the Little Red River, boating and water sports on Greers Ferry Lake, hiking, biking, rock climbing and much more! When you are done adventuring you will enjoy relaxing in this beautiful space. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and there are optional dining spaces both inside and outside. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a gas grill, table and string lights. There is plenty of parking for your boat or other outdoor toys. Guests will have access to the entire living space and outdoor space in the front of the home. Semi-remote and private yet close to everything. This space is shared storage for our small business. It is possible we will access the attached garage during your stay, especially if you are a M-F guest but we will let you know beforehand.
