Close to Cedar Point, Catawba, Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Sandusky, Kelleys Island, Put-In -Bay, and Middle Bass Island. The Condo is all on one floor. There is a small set of steps up to the building door only. Building is protected by security cameras and key code door. You cannot get in without the building code. The condo door has it's own code to gain entry as well. All brand new furniture and appliances. Enter into the living area which has floor to ceiling sliding doors with porch and a view of the dock and water. Open concept living area with the kitchen and wrap around bar. Down the hallway are 2 bedrooms on the right and laundry room and bathroom on the left. Continue down the hallway to the master bedroom and bathroom with walk-in closet and access to the bedroom porch. You will have the entire condo to yourselves. The Clubhouse is shared by other owners and guests. The Clubhouse holds the gym and the pool is located at the back of the Clubhouse. The private beach is just on the other side of the pool. Hours depend on season. Check in and check out will be contactless and all communication will be via text or email. I do not live nearby, but can be reached by phone. Marblehead Estates & Yacht Club is in a gated private community. The property has a clubhouse with pool, gym, private beach, and access to Sandusky Bay Boat dock is extra. Boating, sailing, swimming, birding, entertainment, hiking, biking, golfing, wineries & breweries. We are near boat to Cedar Point, 2 miles away African Safari Widlife Park, The Watering Hole Safari , East Harbor State Park, Marblehead Lighthouse, Catawba Island, Kelleys Island Ferry, Port Clinton, museums, many restaurants, and shopping. Once you enter Marblehead Estates & Yacht Club on Harbor Bay Estates from E Bayshore Rd., you will drive through the neighborhood all the way around to Waterside Ct. The Clubhouse will be off to your right and you will see condos and a parking lot. You can pull into the parking lot and park anywhere. The condo is in Building 7, Unit # 712. We have it set to a 28 day stay, but you can message me directly for friends and family if you would like a shorter stay. Between November and March, the 28 day stay is only $3,000 plus fees. April through October is $6,500 plus fees.
