These two McCall homes can be reserved as one large retreat sleeping up to 20 guests with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 living spaces, and 2 kitchens! Almost Heaven and Annie's Place can be reserved as individual properties as well and have separate entrances for privacy. Take in the views from the lower and upper decks or enjoy the view from the kitchen, dining and living spaces. With a downstairs den in addition to the living room, there is plenty of room for larger groups to spread out and enjoy in both properties. These homes have ample parking with a carport, 2 garages, and spaces in front of the garages as well. Enjoy the amazing views of Payette Lake from the back decks or beach and dock, watch the swimmers at Rotary Park, take a 5-minute walk to the famous Shore Lodge or Lardos restaurant, and only a couple of minutes drive to Albertsons grocery store! No Air Conditioning. This is a non refundable property for summer rentals. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. No exceptions.
