Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. We hope you enjoy both the inside and outside of our home and encourage you to spend some time in Greenbrier eating, shopping, and playing. Our home sits on about an acre with ample trees that provide plenty of shade. There is enough room for the kids (or adults) to run around and a large carport that our kids love for riding scooters and playing. We think that you will especially enjoy relaxing in the large fire pit area. We are about 20 minutes from Conway. 20 minutes from Woolly Hollow State Park. And 45 minutes from Greer’s Ferry Lake. Guests will have access to the property through a smart lock system on the back carport door. We do restrict access to the detached garage and out-building as we use them for storage. Unless requested, we will have contactless check-in and check-out. Whether you are in town for a sports tournament, lake trip, antiquing excursion, family outing, or weekend getaway, our home will be the perfect location. Greenbrier is central to everything and Hwy 65 provides easy access to anything that you would want or need. Grocery stores, restaurants, and flea markets line the highway. If you can’t find what you need Conway is only a short drive away. We have a long driveway that ends in a large pad and covered carport area. There is ample parking. Boats, cargo trailers, and small campers are welcome and there should be plenty of space. Please keep vehicles off grass areas. We are on a septic system and ask that you follow normal guidelines to keep the home functioning as it should.
