Added bonus is that our cottage is 4ft off the ground if climbing stairs is challenging. For those who love to fish, there is a convenient fish cleaning station on the property. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch or unwind on the shaded back porch in the evening. Still Waters is a quaint beach cottage perfect for your next family get away. It has all the amenities you may need during your stay. Including a gas grill, and seafood boiling pot/burner. A covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a large shaded back porch, overlooking the backyard for a perfect place to enjoy a cookout in the evenings. After a day of fishing, clean your fish outside on the designated fish cleaning station. The beach is a short walk across the street on a designated levee crossover. Nearest beach and golf cart crossing is across Grape lane (3.7) and Capital lane (3.5). Due to the up coming levee work, crossings may change with little or no advance warning. Tenant is responsible for filling propane bottles. Filling can be done at Bridgeside Marina or exchange at either of the two grocery stores. Location offers Wi-Fi, Smart T.V. Cottage has plenty enough space to park a boat trailer and additional cars with no issues. -Fish cleaning station must be cleaned after use. - Please don’t bring any towels from the rental to the beach. - Double bag any raw or boiled seafood and dispose of it outside in the garbage can near the road. - Pour seafood boiled water near the garbage at the front road. Just the water. -Bbq pit or boiling pot if used must be cleaned after use. The cottage will have limited - Garbage bags - Toilet paper - Paper towels - Cooking seasoning - Cleaning supplies - Laundry detergent So please bring any extras you may need during your stay.
