This is also walking distance or a 4 minute car ride away from the bay side, which offers amazing sunset views, crabbing, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. The 2 main bedrooms are identical with queen beds. The front room offers a day bed with 2 twin size mattresses. The living room has a full-size pullout couch. This is a TOP FLOOR apartment with stairs on the outside of the building. There is plenty of free parking in our lot (shared with downstairs unit). The back patio has a BBQ, picnic table, and fire pit (all shareable with downstairs unit). We provide 4 beach badges. This gets you free beach access any day of the week. LOST BEACH BADGES- $75 FEE Check-in age is 21 years or older. From April 15th-June 30th any guest under 21 years old, not related to the primary guest, must send in all names/date of birth/address for consideration. The primary guest that is over 21 must make the reservation. Private top floor apartment rental. Shared parking/back patio area. We are just a phonecall/text away.
