There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper/hide-a-bed couch, 1 Twin folding bed and 1 single folding bed, and 2 more regular couches that can be used as beds. The house has room for 6 guests. There is an attached studio apartment, occupied by one tenant with a separate private entrance below the living room. There are two entrances, one on each side of the house.
