Our beautiful home was built in 2015, and is part of a community in the only Tsunami-free zone in Newport. Sitting atop the hill which overlooks the ocean, we are just up the road from restaurants, the aquarium, and many beaches. It is a one-floor home, and our neighbors are retired professionals, professors and health care workers. We are a quiet, safe, and eco-friendly community. Parking is in a garage and also in a lot - then walk to the house which is nestled between trees and gardens. Our cosy home is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, eating area and kitchen. Front and back porches, and surrounded by nature and trails. In our community is a great coffee house, playground, and a frisbee golf course. It’s both away from it all and just minutes from everything that you could need in Newport - from beaches to restaurants, aquarium and grocery stores. The Master Bedroom can be set up as either a king bed or two singles. Please let us know your preference. The second bedroom has two singles, as well as a trundle bed. The third bedroom is a queen. Our community built and maintains a playground, plantings and paths, a coffee house, and lots and lots of trails! We also have a frisbee golf course. On top of the hill in Newport, just down the road is the aquarium and the Hatfield Science Center, breweries, restaurants, historic bay, and many beaches. We share the hill with the Community College, and have a playground, trails, frisbee golf course, and coffee house. We have a designated parking space and also single garage. It is also easy to bike. We are a quiet community - our guests range from families, to visiting professionals, retired couples, and people looking to find a home away from home. We are part of an HOA and so are able to rent by the month (minimum).
