Gorgeous lake views and some of the most spectacular sunrises around! Large sandy beach, just steps from the back door. Large backyard and plenty of space to spread out and have some lake fun. The home features ample space (for 20 guests) and everything you need to make your lake vacation complete: -WiFi, smart TVs, puzzles, and games. -Full kitchen with plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, two coffee makers, toaster, hand mixer, crockpot, microwave, dishwasher, second refrigerator, commercial ice maker, and limited pantry staples (spices, cooking oil). -Towels, bed linens, and limited beach towels provided. -Washer and dryer available for guest use. The home is equipped with a tankless water heater. -Toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags provided as well. Plenty of amenities to help you enjoy the outdoors are right outside the back door: -Kayaks, paddle boat, deck furniture, hammock, swings, gas grill, and outdoor shower are available for guest use. **Life jackets are NOT PROVIDED, and the kayaks and paddle boat are for use at your own risk. Life jackets should be used at all times while in the water.** Plenty of parking, including space for a boat trailer. The Push Hill Boat Ramp (pay per use) is the closest public boat ramp to the house. Guests will have access to the property grounds, driveway, and deck. The house is accessible to guests except for one closet and upstairs deck that are kept private for the owners (these areas are locked). The beach is Corp land and open to the public. The home is located in Sandy Bass Bay #3 - a quiet, welcoming, family friendly loop of homes. Occupancy is 20 (including children).
