Our beautiful cabin is located in the center of Garden City. A short walk takes you to the lake, local restaurants, or take a ride on the bike path. The Garden City Pool, Bridgerland Adventure Park, Logan Canyon, Beaver Mtn Resort and Bear Lake Marina are conveniently located nearby. You will be tempted to stay home with a hot tub, grill, big screen T.V.’s, pool table, and an air hockey table. Waterside is the place for fun, family, and convenience! Handicap accessible. Free parking too! This cabin is wheel chair accessible. Queen size beds with one set of bunk beds containing a twin and a full. Most of the couches in the family room have pull-out beds as well. We have a pack and play available for the little ones. We're right off Highway 89 which may make you nervous for road noise reasons. We're set back from the road a bit and I think you'll find it's surprisingly quiet and you probably won't even notice any road noise. There's a large kitchen with everything you need if you want to stay in and cook or a grill on the back patio if you're in the mood for grilling. If not, we're right in the heart of Garden City so you can easily walk to any of the conveniently located local restaurants. Some of you want pizza while others are craving Mexican? No problem, we're close enough to all of the restaurants in Garden City so you can split up and everyone's happy. There's WiFi throughout the house if you need to get some work done or want to find a place to rent some wave runners or snowmobiles. There are several big screen TVs for sitting back and relaxing after a long day of playing on the water or in the mountains. Or, enjoy a soak in the private hot tub. We have a large covered deck in the back to sit out and enjoy a warm summer evening, or a large uncovered deck in the front to enjoy your breakfast in the morning. Weather not cooperating? There's a pool table and air hockey table inside to keep you and the kids entertained while you wait for the weather to clear. Or take advantage of the high-speed internet to catch up on some work or the latest Netflix show. You'll have access to the whole cabin including the parking area that allows for parking up to 12 vehicles I'm not available on-site but if you need anything, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to help Walking distant to all major restaurants, parks and grocery stores. Next door to Café Sabor. The shore of Bear Lake is only a 5 minute walk! Plenty of Free parking in the back, even if you have a trailer. There's a bike/walking trail right across the street that extends about a mile to the north and abut 5 miles to the south. We're located right in the heart of Garden City so all of the restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping is within a 15 minute walk. No need to fight for a parking place. Just stay parked at our home and walk to your preferred restaurant.
