Your space is totally private from the main house, although you may see or hear the hosts having a cookout or enjoying the back garden in good weather. You're welcome to join us if you do see us down there, but there is no obligation to do so. You have your own exclusive and private second floor deck for your own use. We are rural, so plan for 15-20 minutes to get to nearest restaurants. There is a Dollar General 5 minutes away that is well stocked with snacks, supplies, and some groceries like milk, bread, butter, and eggs. Our road is a rural road, so: narrow, dark, and with deer crossing at times.
