You will be in the center of everything! This apartment in a multiple occupancy home is perfect for extended or multiple families looking for a better accommodation than a hotel. 3 bedroom and 1 bath upper unit in an up and down duplex. 2 of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each of them and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds in it. There is a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedding linens and towels are provided. Spacious living room, a full size dining room with seating for 6 which leads to a full size kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven and a microwave. All kitchen wear is also provided. Each floor/apartment has its own separate/secure entrance entering into a 1850sq foot apartment featuring a spacious living room, a dining room with seating for at least 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and one bath. There is a balcony off the living room. A large backyard that is available for use however it is shared with anyone that could be staying at the apartment on the first floor. Washer and dryer is located in the basement. The owner lives in a house on street over and is available for any issues that may arise. Some restaurants that are close by are Rainforest Café, Hard Rock Café, Anchor bar Niagara Falls, Zaika Indian cuisine, Twisted Olives, TGI Fridays, and many more. Attractions are also in walking distance. Not only the Niagara Falls State Park, but the Maid of the mist, Cave of the Winds, Niagara Air Helicopter Tours, The Great American Arcade, Niagara Adventure Theatre, and the bridge to Canada. All these things are under a mile away. You will not need transportation from this location! There are so many things you can do in walking distance. There is a full grocery store 1.2 miles away. There is also a NIAGARA shuttle that will take you to places such as historic Lewiston, Youngstown, Power Vista, Art Park, and Fort Niagara via a free Trolley. We also offer accommodations for up to 30 guests with all our vacation homes within a two-minute walk of each other. There is parking for up to two cars in the driveway. City of Niagara Falls does not allow overnight parking on our street, you will be ticketed at least $25 if your car is parked on the street between the hours of 3am - 6 am. On the day of your arrival make sure contact the owner on directions where to park if all your cars do not fit in the driveway. We do allow pets however there is an extra $75 pet cleaning fee as we have to shampoo the carpets and furniture. We reserve the right to request proper identification of every guest staying at the property prior to arrival.
