Modern farmhouse vibe-3 room suite. Mainly designed to host up to 3 guests luxuriously but can sleep up to 4. *see note* King bed in large main BR w/ sitting area, Roku/TV/DVD player. Large 2nd room with kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, micro, and Keurig), dining area and a small twin-sized futon. A 3rd room (small BR) with a twin sized bed (36” high). Privacy for each room. Key code/Stairs to entry.Right off I-20: easy access to Shreveport/Bossier. Country views/pond/deck. On site security. amenities provided: free wifi, towels/wash cloths, hair dryer, robes, TV/DVD player, coffee/tea, stocked breakfast items. You have access to the farmhouse suite (apartment above carport), and the back deck behind the main house. we will be available by phone/text if you need something. Unless we hear from you, we plan on giving you privacy. Minutes from I-20 but you'll feel like you are out in the country. 20 minutes to downtown Shreveport, 15 minutes to Fairgrounds, Independence Bowl, Mudbugs Hockey. Gators and Friends park and American Rose Garden close by. 30 minutes to Marshall, TX and 45 minutes to Jefferson, TX. About 2 minutes from I-20, the major east/west interstate that goes through Shreveport/Bossier. About 15 mins to get to I-49 South (via 3132/Inner Loop , Exit 11 off of 1-20) and about the same time to connect with I-49 North (via I-220, also Exit 11 off I-20). There is one king-sized bed in the guest suite and one twin-sized bed. The twin bed is 36” off the floor and has a step stool. It’s in a very small room off the main room. There is a small futon (a couch that folds down) for an additional guest. The futon is the width of a twin bed and a few inches shorter. We have included two high-quality twin sized air mattresses w/linens in the suite for those "additional guests" who would prefer the airmattress over the futon since the futon is a bit shorter than the average twin-sized bed. There is a cushioned mattress cover, sheets, a pillow, and blanket. **For a party of four, two will sleep luxuriously on the amazing foam mattress on the king bed, one will have a super comfy twin bed, and the other will have just a basic place to sleep. For entertainment, there is a Roku device for signing into streaming services and a DVD player. *There is no cable or satellite TV service. Luxury robes, towels, toiletries, snacks and drinks included for all of course!
