Patio: patio right off of living and dining areas. BBQ on deck as well as seating and tables. Quiet and hidden neighborhood in the Coconino National Forest. The back of our home backs right up to this National Forest and allows for beautiful stargazing at night. Our home sits at the top of the hill and gives you AMAZING views of the Sedona mountains!! You can also stroll down to Oak Creek that flows right through the neighborhood. Minutes away from Slide Rock State Park! ------------- Cleanliness Assurance: This property follows Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: -Cleaning crew utilizes global health agency-approved cleaning & disinfectant products and wear PPE to help prevent cross-contamination. -Each room is cleaned using an extensive cleaning checklist. -All high-touch surfaces are sanitized after each stay. This house complies with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Our home is a short drive away from the main town and many beautiful hikes. ****The fireplace in the home does not work**** instead we have put an electrical fireplace right next to it. Please only use the electric fireplace. Do not park in the cul de sac. It is a fire lane. We always appreciate and welcome long term guests! We will provide you enough supplies like toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning and laundry supplies, coffee supplies, etc. for a normal week stay. After that, we kindly ask that you purchase your own supplies as needed. If you would like a cleaner to come in while you are there and restock and/or clean, an additional fee will be charged. Thanks!
