Come stay at a newly decorated, sweet little one-bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Burlington, just steps away from the Church Street Marketplace. Enjoy a ten-minute walk down to the waterfront of Lake Champlain and the Burlington bike path or take a trip to the mountains for the day. In the evenings enjoy all that downtown Burlington has to offer with shops, breweries, restaurants, and energetic nightlife. This apartment has been designed to feel like home. The apartment is on the second floor in a historical building with a 3/4 bath and a kitchen that is fully fitted to cook to your heart's desire. Coffee and tea is always available for guests. The entry into the apartment is through a coded lock system. We will greet you upon arrival when we can, but otherwise we have very simple contactless check-in instructions that you will receive through the Airbnb app the morning of your reservation. During your stay, we will be available by phone or email in the event that you have any questions or extra needs. The apartment is located just a block from the Church Street Marketplace. UVM and the Medical Center are a short drive or walk up the hill. Our local, organic grocery store is just three blocks away. Just a short walk down the hill to the Burlington Waterfront and steps away from some of the best restaurants in Burlington. We do not have off-street parking available but within one block of two parking garages and there is additional metered parking on the street in front of the building. The location of this apartment is unique because a car really isn't necessary to enjoy our quaint downtown. If you would like to rent a bicycle there are several locations within walking distance. We have a wonderful bike path that follows the lake from South Burlington through Colchester. In the summer, a bike ferry allows you to continue your trip up to the Champlain Islands. Throughout this ride, you can access beaches and parks with epic views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks.
