There are people from the US living in the community and most of the residents of this area speak fluent English. There are restaurants and bars within a walking distance to property. For anything else we recommend a rental car. This is a small Island and it is easy to get around. We suggest arriving at BQN airport which is a 10 minute drive to the condo. Located beachfront in Playa Jobos, it's just steps away from the ocean and walking distance to world class beaches, surfing and kite surfing. Very near cave diving and walking, mountain biking, horseback riding, water parks, skate parks. The international airport (BQN) is a 10 minute drive away. The walk to restaurants and Jobos Beach can be done by the beach or by the sidewalk. Their is a food truck lot with multiple bars and trucks as well as a fully equipped gas station right next to the condo complex with a variety of household items, drinks and food. Shopping malls (Aguadila Mall, Plaza Isabela Shopping Center), food centers, supermarket Econo is an 8-minute drive. Important information about rentals in Puerto Rico: *PLEASE NOTE* Puerto Rico is known to have power and water outages occasionally due to it the infrastructure. It is rare and hopefully you will not experience this on your trip but please keep this in mind that it is a possibility and just note that it is out of anybody’s control. Hi, I’m your host Jen!
