Note that the home has open stairs which may be difficult for people with limited mobility or young children. Entire home will be open to guests. Guests are not allowed to host PARTIES OR GATHERINGS of ANY SORT. We will meet guests upon arrival to answer any questions and provide keys. Guests can contact host any time. The Southern Hills neighborhood is quiet, with large old-growth trees and winding streets. The exclusive Southern Hills Golf Course is just a stone's throw away. Centrally located, the home is just 7 miles south of the hub-bub of downtown Tulsa, and midway between the two large shopping mecca's - Woodland Hills Mall and Tulsa Hills. The exclusive and famous Southern Hills Country Club (home to numerous PGA tournaments) is just a stone's throw away; the beautiful Oaks Country Club and Tulsa country Club are easily accessible as well. Only a mile from Oral Roberts University (ORU), 3 miles from the University of Oklahoma/Tulsa Campus, 6 miles from Tulsa University (TU), and 8 miles from Oklahoma State University/Tulsa campus. Guests violating this will be asked to leave the premises - police WILL be called to enforce this and citations can and will be issued for a fine of $1,200. Only allowed 5 vehicles allowed. Street parking is NOT allowed - vehicles left on the street will be towed.
