You will not need to bring anything. This is a fully utilized house for our family so everything you need is there. Sleeps 14, 4 Bedrooms, 1 Loft area for sleeping, and 1.5 baths. 3 queen size beds, 1 full size bed, and 2 fullvsize futons (w/thick mattresses). We have plenty of floor space if you want to bring a cot for more sleeping. Strong Xfinity Wi-Fi. Lakeport State Park is right down the street but you will not need a park with this home. You have your own private beach, playset and cottage. We live close by if anything urgent is needed and always available for questions via text/phone call Lakeport Michigan, Waterfront Property. Near Lakeport State Park and close to Lexington, Fort Gratiot, Port Huron. Ample parking We do allow dogs if kept on leash. We do not allow large events. This is our family cottage and we hope that you treat it and enjoy it like your own.
