Get ready to be pampered by this private retreat on the water as you enjoy the sound of nature and breathtaking views of sunsets from the porch swing bed. You will have the property all to yourself, including the use of our brand new pier. You might get lucky and experience a JUBILEE! The house features an open floor plan comprising of 4 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably (8 adults and 2 children). Two bedrooms, both furnished with queen-sized beds, are located on the uppermost floor. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with ONE bunk bed, are located on the main floor. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with ample closet space for enhanced convenience and added privacy. Guests have access to the entire property including the private pier. However, please note that the owner's storage room on the highest floor will remain securely locked and is not accessible to guests. Our boat stays docked on the boat lift permanently. On occasions where we need to take the boat out, we will be parking our vehicle underneath the house for a few hours. Please know that we will not be accessing the interior of the house when it's occupied by guests. The expected activities when we are there should be limited to loading and unloading the boat at the pier house and shuttling to and from the vehicle. Rest assured that we will reach out to all guests in advance to coordinate arrival and departure times as a courtesy, to avoid any unexpected surprises. We are not far and will be glad to help with and questions or issues that may arise during your stay. Please feel free to give us a call or send a message anytime. Parking is within the property. There is a sidewalk for biking and easy morning and evening strolls. The preferred means of getting around is by car as there is no public transportation in the area. 1) Strictly NO SMOKING or USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS inside the house, on the screened-in back porch or underneath the house. Violators will be charged for the full professional cleaning fee and cost to ‘de-smoke’ the property. 2) Sorry, no pets are allowed. 3) We will be very grateful if you could keep shoes off the carpets in the bedrooms for the comfort of all guests. 4) Pls do not spray sunscreen inside the house or on the screened in porch - they create a slippery surface which could be a fall hazard. 5) The front gate will stay open throughout the duration of your stay. 6) The door at the pier house stays unlocked. 7) Please help us keep cars and tires OFF the grass at all time, especially after a heavy storm. 8) If you choose to wash the towels or linens during your stay, please ensure that the washer is not overloaded which can tear up the towels. Wash only with whites to avoid color running and staining the towels. We got WHITE towels so we can bleach them for sanitary reasons and we hope to keep them at way. Checkout instructions: 1) Checkout time is 12 noon. 2) Please help us gather the soiled/wet towels in the bathrooms (not bedrooms). - there is no need to wash them prior to checkout. 3) Please load all dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. 4) Ensure that the door on the screened-in back porch and all windows are shut. 5) Please help to tie up kitchen trash and leave in the big thrash can below the house. Thrash pick up is on Monday mornings. 6) Kindly set the thermostats before you leave .
