A $10 one time fee bracelet per person is required for all guests from 12 months and older. Guests are not allowed to have visitors. Unless your party is less than 8 persons then you will have room for visit. The maximum capacity of guests and visitors cannot exceed 8. No matter the age. Visitors names are requieres prior to the stay or 48 hours before their visit. Visitors are required to paid for the bracelet fee as well. ***Early check IN/ check OUT An early check in/ check out will depend on the availability of the unit. Aquatika is few miles away from Piñones, a very cultural zone surrounded by beaches, restaurants and native food. Premium outlets, restaurants and more within less than 12 km. Aquatika is a hidden Gem, therefore, renting a vehicle is the best way to explore the island and its surroundings. Uber and taxis are very hard to find during heavy traffic hours. - We have stocked the space with essential items, however, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc -We would like to disclose that all of our units are equipped with an inline water heater. This inline water heater operates based on water pressure, and if the pressure decreases, the heater may only be able to slightly warm the water. This may result in the quantity of hot water not fully meeting your needs. It is important for you to be aware of this issue, as water pressure is beyond our control. Nonetheless, we will be available to assist in the event of any situation requiring the intervention of a technician that is not related to water pressure or external factors affecting water temperature. -Guests are not permitted to adjust the water tank, water pressure, hot temperature, or any appliances within the unit. Any issues must be reported to the host for resolution. If equipment is tampered with and subsequently damaged, the guest will be held fully responsible for replacement costs. -We do not supply gas. However, we do reimburse any one time refill made to our gas tank. If you choose to use the grill, you must provide proof of purchase for the tank refill in order to receive a refund.
