The house is located 500 m from Morogoro Road (this makes easy to use public transport), 13.6 km from the Julius Nyerere International Airport, 4.3 km to University of Dar es salaam, 4 km to Mlimani City Shopping Center. The house can accomodate 5 people and it has a equipeed kitchen, TV and wi-fi internet. There is a baby crib in the master bedroom. When you live here you will have access to the entire apartment as well as terrace around the house without sharing with others. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed while the other one has a bunk bed that can accomodate 3 adults. Two toilets, a living room, dinning space and open kitchen. There is a terrace outside where you can sit, grill and enjoy time with friends and family. There is a baby crib if you are travelling with infant. The tenant will occupy all these spaces without sharing with others. Remember this is non sharing apartment. The tenant will have access to the house, the areas I mentioned before and the terrace around the house. The house is well ventilated with ceiling fans and many windows. Dar es salaam is rather warm throughout the year, it's normally okej to take a shower with room temperature water, I don't have warm water on taps.
