My apartment is a 5mins drive from KNUST(Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology), 13mins from Kumasi Airport, 4mins from Central University and 16mins from Adum. Easy to find transportation here for both public and uber. It is located in a suburb called Asokore Mampong in the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly. A one bedroom in a shared apartment. The apartment is shared with the host. Guests have access to their own bedroom and share a bathroom and common space only with the host. Kindly note that the kitchen is not accessible to guests. Please go through the listing to know more about the facilities available. Bedroom: It is equipped with a very comfortable queen size bed with three pillows. There is a wardrobe available for clothing storage, a fridge, kettle, iron and an ironing board. This room has very good ventilation(windows with curtains), a ceiling fun and an air conditioner installed. It has a door that can be locked on both sides Bathroom: Has toilet that is separate with it's own door, a bathroom with sink(has mirror cabinet and a shavers plug). Both the bathroom and toilet has windows for good ventilation. Common Area: This area is the main place that helps with movement from one room to the other in the apartment. It has a very comfortable two(2) sitter sofa that guests can sit and relax on Guests have access to their own bedroom with a lock, a full bathroom(toilet and bath) and common area with a couch which they will be sharing with the host. The kitchen is not accessible to guests I will be available on the premises to help guests check in and if they have any concerns, they can contact me by text or call Close to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(KNUST), the Calvary charismatic church, central university Kumasi campus. Very easy to pick public transport around here. It is also fast for Uber and Bolt to get here There is free private parking on premises and security guards for maximum safety
