Please note our house is located about a mile away from the main restaurant. Margarita will be available onsite to help you arrive at the house, check-in, and check out. Our house is located within the Gran Pacifica Resort. The house is located a two-minute walk to Asuchillo Beach and about a mile from the main restaurant/pool area. As of February 25, 2024, there is a community pool being completed about a two-minute walk from our beach house. Also, please keep in mind that the Gran Pacifica Resort charges a small entrance fee into the resort. Details of this are in the 'info for guests' section. We are in a beach community. Walking to the beach is quick and easy. You can also walk to the Golf Clubhouse where you can have breakfast or lunch, drinks, play golf, disc golf, tennis, and soccer. You can also rent bicycles and golf carts from the clubhouse and use these to get anywhere you want in the resort. Our beach house is a very beautiful and peaceful gated community. This is a very walkable and bikeable area. We are located a 2-minute walk from the beach and about a 15-minute walk to the Golf Clubhouse where you can have breakfast, lunch, play golf, tennis, soccer, and rent golf carts. Our house has four bicycles for guests to use. The main restaurant about 2-miles away, easily accessible by bike or car. The new community pool is located less than a two-minute walk from our house. We have also worked to provide more amenities to our guests. Here is a list of what is available for our guests: - Yoga next door for a $10 fee - Surf lessons (fee varies according to group size) - Massage at our house for a $25 fee - Snorkeling mask; the snorkel beach is by the main restaurant - Four bicycles for our guests (free) - Beach toys include; volleyball, soccer ball, paddle ball, stand-up paddle board for the river - Fishing on a boat (fee varies according to group size) - BBQ grill at the house
