If you like art, this is your place! We have a calming waterfall out front and multiple seating areas that truly make this a one of a kind. 420! No kids!! This is a one of a kind build. The bottom and front by the pond is the Barnacle Bill's old fishing docks. The tree is growing through the whole place from bottom all the way to the second story. Need some tree healing energy, we got a reading nook up by the tree with a couch and even a 420 board game if you're feeling like fun. Ashtrays everyone for your 420 pleasure, keep the tobacco outside please if it must be used. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing is what you'll get here unless you want to use the surround sound, the ps4 and the movies we have waiting here for you. There is an entire acre for the guests to walk around on, park a boat or simply just view from the second story balcony. There is its own private gate that can be closed while enjoying the lake with a padded lock that will keep your belongings extra safe. Also we do have Nubian goats, and you are more than welcome to feed then or the fish in the ponds at any time. I also have a kayak and two canoes that can be used by the guests if they want to paddle around, with of course all the proper safety gear. I am available for text anytime personally. Fireflies everywhere! Very quiet, the neighbors you cannot see while youre here are very much to themselves and dont mind me having the stereo up as i work around the yard for improvements. Enjoy the lake, its only two minutes away!! Barnacle Bills Marina is literally the street across from mine. Burnt Cabin Marina is also a street up. We have a small swim area that is quite refreshing. We have the sound of water everywhere from the back porch or the front, choose your chill spot and enjoy this one of a kind soon to be enclosed courtyard! Youll need your personal vehicle to get around. while i am able to access the secondary road with my car, we will be making improvements this week to help ensure safe passage in and out of the property and its Gate. No Kids!! We are a 420 friendly rental, if you do not enjoy the herb it is probably not a good idea to come stay here. No Minors allowed, we do not allow kids on this property. Some people who do not partake do not like the smell, and we would like to prevent any unwanted misunderstandings. BASICS To turn on water there is a spa-like timer. Turn it past 10 and you have water running. Please any wipees or other feminine products in the trash this is a septic system. Drinking water is by the kitchen sink. While we know you wont get sick drinking our well water, we decided it was a courtesy we hope people enjoy. The ps4 is linked to the surround sound and you can play spotify from there. Pay attention if you do have the stereo on, it will play whatever your watching off the balcony as well again if surround sound is on. Feel free to enjoy the movie or games they are there for your enjoyment while youre guest!
