Within a short and relaxing walk along the beach you can find many other places that offer an outstanding food and drinks. This Tropical Beachside Unit has 2 separate room perfect for a family of four. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom. The Guest bedroom has 2 single bed perfect if have 2 kids. All of our rental spaces at Tres Cocos Resort are privately owned, one or two bedroom, condos, set up for vacation rentals. We have a grounds and maintenance team on the property every day to ensure that the unit itself and grounds and property are exactly as you wish for your vacation. Our front desk team is available daily to help with anything you need. While staying with us, we provide complimentary drinking water and beach towels. Housekeeping is scheduled by your request, as frequently as you like, at no additional cost. You will be able to access the beach, the pool, front office, as well as the rest of the curated grounds. Our front desk is located on the property, and we have a 24 hour emergency contact. During office hours, our staff can be reached via online messaging to save you a trip to the office. After hours, there is a manager on call 24/7 via the same messaging system. If you stop by our office, we are happy to help set up tours, golf cart rentals, give restaurant recommendations, or just chat. We are located a 1/2 mile north of the bridge leaving San Pedro, Belize. Our neighborhood is more relaxed than the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough that you are just a short drive from the many restaurants and activities located in town. There are three restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the property. The on site bar and restaurant, The Dog House Sports Lounge, is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (7am – 10pm every day). They have Belizean breakfast dishes and casual bar food and mixed drinks throughout the day. Just to the north of our property (a 2 minute walk on the beach) is 303 Belize, an over the water bar and restaurant. They are open for lunch and dinner (every day of the week) and focus more on seafood. They have live music most evenings as well. Underneath 303 Belize, is Elite Adventures, a dive and snorkel shop. Just south of our property is the Farmhouse Market and Cafe. They offer a wide selection of fresh coffees, juices/smoothies, as well as light breakfast and lunch. In addition, they have fresh produce and local artisan goods. We are within walking distance to grocery stores, bars & restaurants. It’s a 15 minutes walk to town and 5 minutes by taxi or golf cart. Golf cart rentals are available at the front office and are the most convenient mode of transportation for our guests. We can also help you arrange taxis or bicycle rentals as well. There is a golf cart (and bike) parking by the front office. Our front desk has bug spray and sunscreen for use as well as ground coffee, beer, sodas, and wine for purchase. Laundry service is available. We are an officially licensed hotel property with the Belize Tourism Board (HOT01066). Our rates are inclusive of the BTB tax as well as a 5% service fee for our staff.
