This 19th century Victorian Cottage is centrally located in the middle of the historical district of Thousand Island Park. Centrally located, so close to playground, Main Dock, Swimming Rocks, and the Wellesley Hotel. We normally rent weekly, Sunday to Sunday, June through September. Other arrangements may be acceptable. The $200/week Thousand Island Park Corporation fee is included in the rental rate. Enjoy all the amenities of home and an extremely spacious interior. Downstairs includes the living room, dining room, family room (with 40' flat screen HD TV), large kitchen, half bath, and two porches. Upstairs are two full baths (one with laundry), four bedrooms (two queen beds and two full beds), and an office. The cottage is very functional with River-themed decor and wainscoting throughout. We won't be in the space but are usually close by in case of questions or emergencies. The Holiday House is in the center of the oldest portion of TIP, between Rainbow Ave and the River. Therefore it's close to all of TIP's amenities, especially the playground, Guzzle and Wellesley Hotel, Main Dock, Library, and Swimming Rocks. For those with small children looking for a place to swim, 'The Cove', is less than a 5 minute drive. You'll love the sandy bottom and all the sand to play in. The Cove has a raft to swim out to not to mention a beautiful view of Rock Island Lighthouse and the seaway. It's a fun spot to swim, play, and watch river-life go by. There is parking for one car at the property with a large parking lot for overflow parking just down the street. Guests provide their own linens.
