The well appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a peninsula for casual counter seating. The two upstairs bedroom suites have sliding glass doors which open onto a covered terrace. All of the bathrooms feature granite counter tops and spacious walk in showers. Covered parking for two vehicles and additional uncovered parking. Enjoy the house, the view, the pool, hammocks, BBQ, guest bodega (secure storage) and whatever pool toys are in the guest bodega AND of course the beach and all the amazing nature that is Costa Rica! The view is amazing, there is very little traffic so very little dust. It is remote without being isolated. My neighborhood is made up of mostly full and part time residents with a few vacationers here and there. So it is quiet and well maintained compared to other areas of Guiones. There is bus service to Guiones as well as a small plane airport in Nosara (~5km from Guiones). I recommend renting a car as my home is at the top of a hill and there are no street lights on any of the roads in Nosara or Guiones. My clients enjoy a car rental discount, please ask. All areas but the owner's storage closet in the carport and the pool equipment room.
