The well manicured gradual slope back yard boasts a green grass path to a 100 ft walkway out to the dock. Need to be inside? No problem! The house features 5 large screen, Smart televisions throughout, a multi monitor display home computer, printer, wifi, and BOLT fiber internet connections. Front and backyards, paved doublewide driveway with bonus paved parking area for an additional vehicle or trailer. Like your toys? Plenty of room to roam. Bring your off road toys or your extra watercraft. Main floor consists of 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms each with a single Queen, a office/3rd bedroom with a queen size pullout coach, Living room, dining room, and an eat in kitchen. A large double sink bathroom sits near the bedrooms and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows with great views of the lake and woods. Just a few steps up lead to a separate living area above the garage with another full bathroom and queen over queen bunk beds. Front yard has a 10ft by 10 ft by 6ft chain link dog pen with gate for outdoor only pets. No pets inside the house. Please note that the garage as well as the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet will be closed off to renters. I am reachable by phone anytime. We will require a contact phone number for you as well. The property has numerous outdoor security cameras that record audio and video activity. Additionally, we have a property assistant who will conduct occasional visual inspections from the road or lake for rule compliance. Tree lined roads wind a path from the main road down to this beautiful lake house. The last mile is dirt road and there are no street lights. Night driving is done under the stars and the moonlight. Very few houses near this one so neighbors are far and few between. Weekends and holidays see a surge in lake activity otherwise wide open on the water.
