This quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath single family home, with central air conditioning, is perfect for your stay in Niagara Falls, NY! This one level house can sleep up to 6 people. It is located minutes away from the Niagara Falls, the Seneca Niagara Casino & the Niagara Falls State Park. It is conveniently located near the Rainbow Bridge to Canada as well as other major highways. No on-site laundry. Please mention “purple cat” when booking to ensure this has been read. Amenities include but are not limited to: -Kitchen stocked with basic everyday essentials (coffee maker, coffee / tea, pots / pans, dishware / utensils, basic spices, microwave, toaster, fridge & gas stove) -Central Air Conditioning -On street parking in accordance with the City of Niagara Falls -Wifi & FireTV (no cable) -Towels, hair dryer (in hall closet), shampoo / conditioner & body wash (soap) -Some baby / children items (books, toys, high chair, swing, bathtub) -Hardwired smoke and CO2 detectors -Extra linens and blankets in closets throughout the house -ONLY the couch in the back living room pulls out. Linens for the pull out couch are in the right hand side closet in that room. This is a home built in the 1950’s. This is not a modern hotel. We do our best to ensure guests are comfortable in our space with the amenities we offer. Cupboards and floors may creak, but we ensure you that your stay will be one of comfort! All areas of the home are accessible with the exceptions of the basement & detached garage. Hosts do not live on site but do live near by if any issues arise. Quiet, urban residential neighborhood with on street parking in front of the house. Niagara Falls is an up and coming city but does have many areas needing improvements. The house is on a one way street. Driving to and from local attractions is recommended (only a few min from downtown Niagara Falls). The property is just a few minutes drive from the heart of downtown Niagara Falls, and about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Buffalo. Uber and Lyft are available. We recommend driving to any local attraction. This property is smoke and drug free. There is no laundry onsite.
