The garage accommodates two vehicles; a garage opener is provided upon arrival. The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate 2 guests each. Access the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, and fenced-in backyard freely. For your convenience, utilize the Samsung washer/dryer with provided essentials. After passing approximately 7 homes, you'll find an entrance sign on your right leading to the lake. Rest assured, upon check-in, you'll receive the exact address and entrance lock code, guaranteeing a smooth and hassle-free arrival experience. While our front door lacks a ramp, we're pleased to offer an accessible entrance through the garage. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities While we won't be on the property, rest assured that we have a local property manager available to assist whenever needed. Neighborhood is a close knit HOA community and are always on the look out for unusual activity. Community Lake is part of the neighborhood and can be accessed for walking. Driveway is open for parking. Park backwards at your own risk as the driveway is on a slope and the bottom of your car may hit the pavement. Turn left out of neighborhood onto Rawl Spring's Loop to access Highway 49.
