If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund. ■ PARTIES - No parties allowed. This is for guest safety, and strictly enforced. ■ SECURITY CAMERA - There are security cameras on the front porch in place for your protection. There are no cameras inside the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection. ■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. ■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern. ■ PETS - Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. The resort we are part of has very strict rules around pets and do not allow them in cabins or on the premises. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family. ■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. ■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a lake area and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, ants, spiders, bats etc.) in or around the cabin. If this is a concern for you, a place further from the water may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, sweets in the fridge, and trash cleaned up. ■ HOT TUB - Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tub. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS, OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the hot tub. It is professionally serviced once or twice a week, depending on the season. Guests do not need to be present. If the hot tub needs to be serviced during your stay, just let us know. • We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. • No pets of any kind or size in hot tub. • Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. • Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub • Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. We would love to host your group!
